This effect allowed users to place a portal, into an art gallery, inside their homes.
We built the experience in Lens Studio, first developing the translucent blue doors and setting them to automatically open when users approached them. On the doors themselves, we added a welcome message to invite users in.
Once inside the gallery, users could experience the artwork we’d curated, framed, and placed on the walls. Beside each piece of art, we added informative plaques, as one would find in an art gallery. To help strike the right ambiance, we placed artificial lights above each framed piece. And finally, like any art gallery, we included a center piece to draw the eye to—a large horse sculpture placed at the end of the gallery, which users could walk around and examine.
